Summary

The job description is for a 3-6 month immersive program called Binance Accelerator Program designed to provide an experience in the Web3 space. The successful candidate will work at Binance, network, and develop skills. They will be hired under a junior fixed term contract.

Requirements

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Project, and Visio
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, excellent writing skills, as well as the ability to communicate
• Able to collaborate effectively across multiple business units
• Good customer service awareness
• Bilingual English/Mandarin is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Responsible for Product testing
• Provide Testing Reports from the users' perspective to help Product team on enhancing users experience
• Assist new users in resolving issues during the onboarding process
