Summary

The Binance Accelerator Program is a 3-6 month immersive experience for full-time Bachelors/Master students in the Web3 space. The role involves product testing, user support during onboarding, and networking opportunities to build skills and expand professional networks.

Requirements

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Project, and Visio
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, excellent writing skills, as well as the ability to communicate
• Able to collaborate effectively across multiple business units
• Good customer service awareness
• Bilingual English/Mandarin is required to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Responsible for product experience testings
• Provide test reports from the user's perspective to help the product team improve the user experience
• Assist new users in resolving issues during the onboarding process
