Summary

Join Xapo Bank's Product Graduate program and play a key role in bridging traditional banking with the cryptocurrency world. As a Product Graduate, you will conduct market research, analyze trends, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the entire product lifecycle. This role offers hands-on experience in a fintech startup, working closely with senior product managers. You'll contribute to product requirements documentation, user stories, and participate in feature prioritization. The program includes a rotation through four tribes, providing exposure to various aspects of product management and development. This is a full-time, 100% remote position, offering a great work-life balance and flexible PTO.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research and analysis, reviewing emerging trends and customer behavior and feedback to identify unmet needs and uncover opportunities for product innovation, particularly in the intersection of traditional banking and Bitcoin
• Collaborate with product managers and cross-functional teams across design, marketing, sales, legal, compliance, and risk management
• Support the creation of detailed product requirements documentation, user stories, and participate in feature prioritization discussions
• Support product testing and quality assurance processes for new releases and feature updates, verifying performance, security, and overall user experience
• Monitor the performance of Xapo’s existing product suite. Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), review user engagement metrics, and consider customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and optimization, ensuring our products consistently meet and exceed user expectations
• Participate in a graduate rotation program, rotate through the 4 Tribes of Growth, Total Payment Volume, Engagement and Asset Under Management, covering the full customer lifecycle starting from customer acquisition and onboarding, through transacting and Wealth services, and activation and retention

Preferred Qualifications

Prior internship or work experience in fintech, crypto, banking, product management, or related fields is a plus
