Requirements

  • 2-5 years experience in a client operations role within a regulated environment. This may entail a client facing role, KYC/AML, or broader payment operations
  • Be client centric and collaborative
  • Be adaptable and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
  • Be detailed oriented and comfortable handling data
  • Be able to identify operational efficiencies

Responsibilities

  • Manage the client lifecycle from onboarding to ongoing due diligence, payments, and service
  • Identify operational efficiencies and work to refine processes
  • Collaborate with multiple departments to meet internal KPIs for Client Operations
  • Maintain accurate data and create reports
  • Handle regular tasks related to Consumer Duty, ensuring the principle of good outcomes for clients is a core focus
  • Manage and ensure business alerts (across KYC/AML, client feedback/dissatisfaction and payments) are acted upon correctly and in a timely manner
  • Provide administrative support for client operations teams, including the onboarding process & client servicing
  • Record keeping and contribute to the creation of Client Operation reports for the UK business

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a brokerage / fintech, (ideally B2C)
  • Graduate, (potentially within economics, business or other related role)
  • Understanding of, and genuine interest, in Fintech and Financial Services
