Summary
Join Omada Health as a Product Graduate Intern and lead advanced discovery, collaborate with engineers on feature development, and contribute to strategic initiatives. Partner with cross-functional teams to identify business needs, design technical solutions, and drive execution and adoption. Conduct in-depth analysis of the program application process using Amplitude, identify improvement opportunities, and develop strategic initiatives. Perform competitor market research, establish benchmarks, and create an A/B testing program to optimize the application flow. Collaborate with ESI and CVS initiatives, developing communication strategies, and overhauling rejection email templates. This full-time summer internship runs from June through August/September 2025.
Requirements
- Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation, with the ability to use analytical tools such as Amplitude, Google Analytics, or similar platforms to derive meaningful insights
- Strong problem-solving abilities to identify trends, opportunities, and outliers within data sets
- Ability to develop strategic initiatives based on analytical insights, with a focus on optimizing processes and improving user experience
- Creative thinking to challenge existing processes and propose innovative solutions for improvement
- Experience in conducting competitive analysis and benchmarking against industry standards to identify gaps and opportunities
- Strong research skills to gather, analyze, and synthesize information from various sources, including publicly available data on competitors
- Experience in designing and executing A/B tests, with a thorough understanding of test setup, variables, and result analysis
- Ability to interpret test results and translate findings into actionable recommendations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely
- Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, including the Enrollment team and those involved in ESI and CVS initiatives
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with attention to detail and a focus on meeting deadlines
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently or collaboratively to achieve project objectives
- Familiarity with CRM and email marketing tools for managing and optimizing email communications
- Basic understanding of web technologies and user experience principles to assist in application flow improvements
- Keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy in analysis, testing, and communication materials
- Currently pursuing a MBA, Master's or other advanced degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Engineering, Health Informatics, Business, or a related field
- Ability to commit to a full-time summer internship duration (June-Aug/Sept)
Responsibilities
- Application Flow Enhancement: In-depth Analysis: Utilize our recent integration with Amplitude to conduct a thorough analysis of the program application process. Identify trends, opportunities, and outliers that warrant deeper exploration and improvement
- Strategic Insight Development: Use insights from the analysis to recommend strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing the application flow, increasing efficiency, and improving the user experience
- Competitor Market Research: Competitive Analysis: Conduct research to review competitors' application flows using publicly available information. Identify key features or processes that we may be lacking and recommend potential enhancements to our application procedures
- Industry Benchmarking: Establish benchmarks based on competitor analysis to ensure our application flow remains competitive and aligned with industry standards
- A/B Testing Program Creation: Test Design: Develop an A/B testing framework based on insights from application flow analysis. Design tests that challenge our current process with the aim of reducing friction and improving user experience
- Execution and Analysis: Implement tests and analyze results to make data-driven decisions for optimizing the application process
- Collaboration with ESI and CVS Initiatives: Engagement with Business Areas: Actively engage with ESI and CVS initiatives related to APO/DML, ensuring understanding of key customer transitions and acceleration within these areas
- Communication Strategy: Assist in developing and executing a communication strategy for ESI, identifying key messages and channels to be utilized and ensuring alignment with overall business objectives
- Email Communication Overhaul: Rejection Email Review: Lead a review of current rejection email templates managed by the Enrollment team. Identify areas for improvement in content and presentation to enhance clarity, tone, and user experience
- Email Template Redesign: Develop revised email templates that reflect updated brand guidelines and communication strategies, ensuring consistency and effectiveness of messaging
Preferred Qualifications
- Coursework or demonstrated interest in digital health, healthcare technology, or health sciences is a plus
- Basic understanding of product development cycles and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum)
- Familiarity with digital health technologies and platforms is advantageous
- Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing work environment
- Openness to receiving feedback and willingness to make adjustments based on guidance
