Requirements
- Bachelor's degree; strong preference for mathematics/statistics, engineering/physics, data science, healthcare or clinical field
- At least 2 years professional experience in a client- or customer-facing role such as management consulting, project management, customer success, engineering, EHR, healthcare; we do consider candidates with limited experience if we see some extraordinary accomplishment(s)
- Work experience that is quantitative and data intensive, regardless of your educational background - it is critical for your success as a Product Implementation team member
- Excellent communication and organizational skills (how you write your resume and approach us is a good litmus test)
- A maniacal obsession with customer happiness, success, and retention; youβre the type of person who will move mountains to solve problems and make people successful
- Experience in project management and facilitating change management
- Experience with data analysis & visualization tools (e.g Tableau, Power BI)
Responsibilities
- Independently manage the scope of customer implementations and expansions, serving as both facilitator and expert advisor to the project team
- Utilize project management skills to plan, organize and lead a team to successfully complete a project within the defined scope and timeline, ensuring favorable outcomes are achieved by coordinating resources, managing risks, and communication effectively with stakeholders throughout the implementation project
- Utilize tracking tools and skills for developing, maintaining, and firmly controlling project timelines and expectations across LeanTaaS and customer stakeholders
- Communicate technical requirements clearly to customer IT teams, ensuring understanding of data and setup needs for iQueue, and coordinate security and other audits
- Facilitate analytically-intensive processes, including gathering data from disparate systems, identifying abnormalities, and preprocessing data for deeper use and analysis
- In concert with the data onboarding team, work with customers to integrate their EHR data into our software
- Utilize business intelligence tools to correctly map the customer EHR fields utilized by our software for scheduling optimization
- Establish and monitor key metrics during implementations
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customer contacts
- Effectively manage timelines and use sound judgment in determining when to escalate concerns, risks and issues that may effect the project
- Develop documentation and training materials as appropriate and leverage to conduct training
- Provide regular project status updates to immediate project team, project sponsors and executives
- Provide data troubleshooting support
- Monitor customer operations and outcomes by using internal tools and customer calls, to verify product effectiveness and proactively solve problems
- Lead and participate in initiatives to improve the implementation processes, methodology and tools
- Travel to client sites for up to 20% of the time to conduct workflow assessments, document process maps, support the go-live phase, and provide hands-on product assistance
- Focus on driving operational improvement at our customers through our products - you will understand the unique operational needs of each of your customers, evangelize the products, build/run analytics on customer operations and performance, and work cross functionally with other members of the LeanTaaS team to ensure that our products are making our customers successful
- Help refine vision and strategy, educating inbound product managers and other functional groups on your customersβ stories and pain points and contributing detailed feature ideas to the product roadmap
- Work with marketing on producing case studies, customer videos, etc. and help sales close deals as needed in the capacity of a subject matter expert
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working on healthcare products or within hospitals
- Experience working on enterprise software products
- PMP credentials
- Clinical credentials
- A blog, article, or any published writing
