Product Intern

In this role, you will support product development initiatives focused on improving the mental health experience of members. You will gain hands-on experience in project management, AI integration, quality assurance, and beta testing, contributing to the design and execution of innovative product features. This curricular or extracurricular internship offers a daily allowance and the opportunity to work closely with the Head of Product. • Interest in health tech, mental health, and AI-driven solutions

Responsibilities

• Supporting the Product team on end-to-end product development and delivery
• Assisting in managing product timelines and keeping projects on track
• Participating in feature QA and beta testing, ensuring our product meets high quality standards
• Collaborating with the AI team to define and test product functionalities
• Analyzing data to inform product decisions and surface insights
• Supporting the definition of product requirements and member journeys

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree (or ongoing) in Biomedical Engineering, AI, Management, or related areas
• Experience with tools like Figma, Jira, or data dashboards (Looker, Sheets, etc.)
• Familiarity with product lifecycle concepts and agile methodologies
• A proactive attitude and a user-centric mindset
• Bonus: Exposure to conversational AI or digital health products
