  • Proven ability to influence and align stakeholders across multiple levels and functions of an organization
  • Excellent communicator— adept at writing product specs, facilitating cross-functional discussions, and delivering presentations to technical and non-technical audiences

Responsibilities

  • Own quarterly and semi-annual roadmaps for Business Operations that drive critical projects and business goals
  • Discovery and Product Development Own the end-to-end product development lifecycle for Business Operations from ideation to launch to iteration / maintenance
  • Scope, prioritize, and conduct discovery for new tools and features by working cross-functionally with stakeholders to identify the opportunity / problem space, gather requirements, and deliver measurable value

  • Run demos and manage carefully planned rollouts across our systems, teams, and facilities
  • Collaborating with Stakeholders and Program / Project Management Lead large, cross-functional initiatives across the company with expert program management skills that keep teams on schedule and to plan
  • Partner closely with stakeholders and leaders across departments (Operations, Merchandising, B2B, Finance, etc) to drive alignment and facilitate key decisions
