Summary

This job is for a Product Development role at Road, a fast-growing EV software company. The employee will drive product development, conduct market research, assist in writing PRDs, participate in planning, perform data analysis, and manage communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Drive the development of superior products by focusing on the needs of internal customer groups
• Collaborate with the Finance team to enhance and streamline internal financial processes and controls
• Ensure that the requirements and expectations of business customers are met and exceeded
• Conduct competitive analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and gaps
• Gather and synthesize customer feedback to inform product decisions
• Assist in writing product requirement documents (PRDs) and user stories
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on product goals
• Participate in planning and daily stand-ups to track product development progress
• Assist in creating test plans and conducting user acceptance testing (UAT)
• Gather and analyze feedback from beta testing to inform product improvements
• Monitor product performance using analytics tools and create reports to track key metrics
• Identify insights from data to recommend product enhancements
• Prepare and present product updates and roadmaps to stakeholders
• Help maintain product documentation and update stakeholders on product status and changes
