Requirements

  • Business school degree or equivalent
  • Ideally, first experience in a startup or B2B environment (including internships) with a strong affinity for the tech industry
  • Hunter mentality, team spirit, and a desire to succeed
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Creative, true team player, and enjoys working in an international environment
  • Curiosity, intellectual flexibility, and a drive to achieve goals. Entrepreneurial mindset
  • Proficiency in both English and French

Responsibilities

  • Develop new innovative strategies for acquiring new clients for Malt France
  • Develop relationships with prospects, acting as the initial point of contact with decision-makers and our sales team in various sectors
  • Experiment with new content, channels, and tools to progressively improve our client approach
  • Define outreach strategy guidelines and run centralized and individualized BDR outreach projects, applying a structured process to elevate lead generation at Malt
  • Identify new accounts, create prospect lists, and prospect via various channels
  • Stay updated on trending topics in various industries and have a passion for researching relevant companies and contacts
  • Develop and communicate best practices within the team to ensure dynamic knowledge exchange
  • Collaborate closely with colleagues from the French and international teams, embodying our strong team spirit
  • Collaborate closely with the Business Development, Marketing, BI, and Sales Operations departments to achieve your goals
