Responsibilities

• Define and communicate Ternary's vision, spirit, and strategy
• Develop a data-driven product system Ternary uses to explore new opportunities and make strategic tradeoff decisions
• Set a strong vision for our product, and have Engineers, PMs, and UX Designers on the team look to you for product guidance
• Engage with customers, prospective customers, and industry experts to gather insights and feedback
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay abreast of trends in the FinOps ecosystem, informing and refining our product roadmap accordingly
• Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, product marketing, sales, and customer success teams to ensure successful product development and launches
• Lead the product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch
• Communicate a well-defined product vision to the team, guiding what to build and what to avoid
• Prioritize features and collaborate with the VP of Product Delivery to coordinate execution across Scrum teams
• Define and track key product performance metrics
• Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions on product capabilities, priorities and timelines
• Foster a collaborative and innovative product development culture
• Recruit and mentor top product managers, ensuring their success and growth
• Inspire teams to innovate and experiment, accelerating feature delivery
