Product Management Analyst

Summary

Requirements

• 2+ years of total work experience demonstrating increasing complexity and scope in roles and responsibilities
• 2+ years of experience in product management and/or business analyst role
• In-depth understanding of healthcare data, electronic health records (EHR), claims data, and healthcare analytics
• Experience overseeing complex data integrations both internally and externally
• Strong knowledge of data privacy regulations, especially HIPAA
• Demonstrated success in developing and executing product roadmaps (preferably in the healthcare sector)
• Demonstrated experience in supporting multiple scrum teams
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, clarify scope and communicate priorities
• Define and prioritize product features and enhancements based on product, stakeholder, and BAU requirements
• Maintain and execute data product roadmap, ensuring alignment with the business’s strategic goals
• Monitor key product metrics and conduct regular reviews to assess product performance and surface opportunities for improvement
• Serve as primary point of contact for all product-related questions, providing timely responses to stakeholders and addressing any issues or concerns
