Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience with responsibility for initiating, executing, and presenting work with cross-functional teams
- 1-2 years of experience with website A/B testing, including familiarity with Bayesian and frequentist statistical methodologies
- Experience with agile development methodology and Jira/work tracking
- Experience with data visualization tools like Looker, Tableau, or Power BI (Stylitics uses Looker)
- Experience writing user stories and documentation for engineering teams
- Confidence in sharing limitations of analysis when data is imperfect
- Excel/Google Sheets proficiency (comfortable with pivot tables and lookups)
Responsibilities
- Oversee the product and performance testing process as the central point of contact
- Manage complex processes, coordinating across cross-functional teams, communicating, documenting, and shepherding tickets
- Use critical thinking skills to turn test results into hypotheses, insights, and new best practices
- Partner with product managers, directing or performing analysis to understand product drivers and influence product development and prioritization
- Continuously seek ways to improve the testing process, identify and resolve blockers, and drive toward delivering impactful business outcomes
- Communicate internally and externally, reporting on the testing program in internal forums and speaking to retailers about test results
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with e-commerce and web data
- Basic to moderate SQL data analysis β ability to read queries and make edits to provided queries
- Familiarity with Python or R
- Ability to (or interest in learning how to) develop and improve Looker reporting used to monitor and analyze test performance
