Product Management Intern

Requirements

• Currently enrolled as a student at a Canadian post-secondary institution or technical bootcamp
• New graduates - Within 6 months of your graduation date
• Available to work full-time hours
• Residing in Canada
• The ability to navigate uncertainty and ambiguity to being adept at synthesizing actionable problems, insights, and requirements from raw, unstructured qualitative and quantitative data
• An interest in building and shipping consumer products and features loved by thousands of clients customers
• Experience working with multiple different teams to deliver great physical consumer products to clients
• A passion for talking to end users or customers, and experience with design thinking methods (e.g. customer interviews, usability tests, and co-creation)
• Experience with SQL, APIs, and analytics tools to extract insights

Responsibilities

• Develop a plan for what you’d like to work on
• Get to know our products, users, and stakeholders
• Conduct user research, analyze data, and synthesize insights to drive product improvements
• Present findings and product recommendations backed by data and user insights
• Begin executing, while interacting with design, engineering, data, and ops/cx teams
• Define and map success metrics
• Work with the engineering teams on bug triage, requirements, etc
• Overall, build product management experience and get an understanding of how we ship stuff!
