Requirements
- Currently enrolled as a student at a Canadian post-secondary institution or technical bootcamp
- New graduates - Within 6 months of your graduation date
- Available to work full-time hours
- Residing in Canada
- The ability to navigate uncertainty and ambiguity to being adept at synthesizing actionable problems, insights, and requirements from raw, unstructured qualitative and quantitative data
- An interest in building and shipping consumer products and features loved by thousands of clients customers
- Experience working with multiple different teams to deliver great physical consumer products to clients
- A passion for talking to end users or customers, and experience with design thinking methods (e.g. customer interviews, usability tests, and co-creation)
- Experience with SQL, APIs, and analytics tools to extract insights
Responsibilities
- Develop a plan for what youβd like to work on
- Get to know our products, users, and stakeholders
- Conduct user research, analyze data, and synthesize insights to drive product improvements
- Present findings and product recommendations backed by data and user insights
- Begin executing, while interacting with design, engineering, data, and ops/cx teams
- Define and map success metrics
- Work with the engineering teams on bug triage, requirements, etc
- Overall, build product management experience and get an understanding of how we ship stuff!
