Case Manager, Production Manager

Summary

Join Xometry's Operations team as a Production Manager! This remote, full-time role focuses on overseeing production order execution through our manufacturing partner network. You will manage order processing, contractor selection, and delivery, ensuring timely and quality product delivery. Problem-solving and collaboration with customers and manufacturers are key. The ideal candidate possesses at least two years of relevant experience, fluency in English (B2 level or higher), and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Requirements

• Speak fluently and conduct business correspondence in English (at level of B2 and higher)
• Have at least 2 years of relevant experience (procurement / logistics / order management)
• Be ready to solve problems that differ from the base scenario
• Have a comfortable workplace with stable internet access and the possibility to participate in conference calls (position is 100% home office)

Responsibilities

• Supervise the processing of production orders, and document in internal CRM and ERP systems
• Select suitable contractors in the database of production partners
• Support the manufacturing process: control dates and dispatch, organize delivery and quality control of the products
• Track payments and work with customers
• Solve problems and special cases with customers and manufacturers that occur during order processing
• Achieve results despite difficulties encountered

Preferred Qualifications

• Have experience in working with engineering orders
• Have experience with transactional IT systems for the automation of sales, production and logistics processes
• Show willingness to work overtime (paid)
• Be available for urgent questions outside of business hours
• Want to work in a fast growing business environment
• Be willing to systematize own work, to participate in the task of process automation
