Product Management Lead

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience in a software product environment or/and 5+ years of experience in user experience leadership function
• Strong knowledge of UX/CX including customer journeys, personas, use case development, market, business, and competitive analysis
• Experience successfully collaborating with multidisciplinary teams of product managers, engineers, designers, and other business stakeholders
• Strong interest in and understanding of technical topics such as Software Intelligence, Cloud Technologies, Artificial Intelligence, Application Security, SaaS Software,

Responsibilities

• Lead and shape our solutions experience
• Develop and implement strategies to ensure an outstanding end-to-end solution experience
• Apply customer- and user-centric thinking to define the target audience, use cases, needs, and pain points
• Define and lead end-to-end customer journeys and workflows
• Contribute to the product roadmap planning with experience optimizations of new product deliverables in alignment with the product strategy
• Drive strategies for boosting and effectively utilizing early adoption and hands-on testing
• Establish workflows for collecting and analyzing qualitative and quantitative product usage
• Improve in-product experiences to support growth initiatives for upselling and cross-selling within and across solutions
