Lead Product Manager

Summary

The job is for a Lead Product Manager at Xblend to lead a team of Product Managers overseeing multiple software testing tools brands. The role involves strategic alignment, team leadership, customer insights, performance monitoring, communication, roadmap planning, and more. The candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or related field, 5+ years of experience in product management with at least 2 years in a leadership role.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business to understand business goals and objectives, translating these into actionable product strategies
• Conduct brainstorming sessions to align key initiatives with the product roadmap
• Work closely with the Director of Product to ensure alignment with the strategic objectives and vision
• Lead, mentor, and guide product managers and cross-functional teams
• Gather and analyze customer feedback and market data to inform product decisions
• Develop a deep understanding of the product’s domain, becoming the top product evangelist within the Idera ecosystem
• Track and analyze product performance against key metrics, adjusting strategies as needed based on data and market changes
• Manage product budgets, ensuring projects stay on time and within budget, escalating when necessary
• Serve as the primary point of contact for product-related communications, both within the organization and externally
• Develop and maintain a detailed product roadmap, balancing short-term and long-term priorities

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with testing tools (or previous work experience in a QA/QE role)
• Technical background dealing with development tools and the software development life cycle
• Project management, release management or QA management experience
• Extra Bonus - Familiarity with Xray and/or its main competitors
