Join Voyage Privé, a leading European travel tech platform, as a Product Manager for Acquisition. You will own the member acquisition funnel, driving business growth and improving user experience. This role involves spearheading a digital transformation initiative, developing a best-in-class acquisition funnel, and directly impacting company KPIs. You will define the product vision, optimize the acquisition funnel, leverage data-driven insights, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate has 4-6 years of experience in product management or CRO within e-commerce, a strong analytical mind, and fluency in English and French. Requirements

  • You have 4-6 years of experience as a Product Manager Acquisition or Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), with a proven track record of driving business impact
  • You have successfully managed e-commerce features, optimize for the acquisition, retention, conversion and user experience such as speed
  • With a strong ability to blend strategic and operational approaches, you turn product vision into business growth
  • You excel at setting priorities, tracking KPIs, and delivering measurable results aligned with company objectives
  • You're attracted by new technologies and the idea of participating in the management of a product's lifecycle fascinates you
  • You have a strong analytical mind, you like to think and act, and you know how to communicate your ideas and choices effectively based on data
  • You're at ease with figures and know how to synthesize them
  • You are fluent in English and French

Responsibilities

  • Spearhead one of Europe's most ambitious digital transformation initiatives in online travel
  • Develop the best in class acquisition funnel to offer the best experience to our new members
  • Driving measurable impact on companywide KPIs that directly affect our business
  • Define and own the product vision for the acquisition funnel (mobile & web), aligned with company growth and user experience goals
  • Analyze and optimize each stage of the acquisition funnel to increase lead volume, improve lead engagement, and boost qualified traffic
  • Leverage data-driven insights—from funnel analytics to user cohorts and experimentation—to prioritize high-impact opportunities
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Data, Tech, Design, and Marketing (Paid Acquisition, SEO, Social, and Offline Media) to deliver end-to-end solutions
  • Align with CRM and media teams to ensure a seamless and personalized user journey across acquisition and reactivation touchpoints
  • Lead the entire product lifecycle, from discovery to delivery to post-launch optimization, ensuring continuous improvement of funnel performance
  • Champion best practices in CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization), A/B testing, and acquisition-focused user research
  • Elevate the quality of acquisition data, working closely with internal teams and external partners to improve lead scoring, qualification, and attribution
