Summary
Join TCP, a leading provider of workforce management solutions, as a Product Manager for our Time & Attendance product line! In this role, you will drive product strategy, lead a team of Product Owners, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand customer needs and translate them into product requirements. You will manage the product lifecycle, work with engineering and marketing teams, and ensure successful product delivery. This position requires a minimum of 5 years of related experience in a technology company and a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years related product management experience in a technology company
- Experience interpreting customer business needs and translating them into application requirements
- Experience working with AI tools
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, MIS, or related field
- Must be able to demonstrate strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Strong understanding of technical designs, architecture, and technical specifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills at both strategic and tactical levels
- Team player: the ability to interface and build relationships at all levels (vertically and horizontally across functions)
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Agile & Scrum process experience
Responsibilities
- Drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Time & Attendance product portfolio
- Lead and manage a team of Product Owners
- Lead the execution of the roadmap and release objectives
- Manage product lifecycle processes including product discovery, planning, and launch
- Work with customers to promote the product, understand customer needs, and drive adoption
- Work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to understand, prioritize, and communicate needs to ensure a full understanding of roadmap themes and requirements
- Work with Engineering leaders to direct high-performance teams and ensure the success of product delivery
- Work closely with product marketing to define and implement a Go-To-Market strategy
- Other duties include scheduling and leading portfolio meetings to identify and prioritize product issues, manage product roadmaps, and complete daily tasks to meet project deadlines
