Product Manager (AI)

Summary

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years related product management experience in a technology company
• Experience interpreting customer business needs and translating them into application requirements
• Experience working with AI tools
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, MIS, or related field
• Must be able to demonstrate strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Strong understanding of technical designs, architecture, and technical specifications
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem-solving skills at both strategic and tactical levels
• Team player: the ability to interface and build relationships at all levels (vertically and horizontally across functions)
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Agile & Scrum process experience

Responsibilities

• Drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Time & Attendance product portfolio
• Lead and manage a team of Product Owners
• Lead the execution of the roadmap and release objectives
• Manage product lifecycle processes including product discovery, planning, and launch
• Work with customers to promote the product, understand customer needs, and drive adoption
• Work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to understand, prioritize, and communicate needs to ensure a full understanding of roadmap themes and requirements
• Work with Engineering leaders to direct high-performance teams and ensure the success of product delivery
• Work closely with product marketing to define and implement a Go-To-Market strategy
• Other duties include scheduling and leading portfolio meetings to identify and prioritize product issues, manage product roadmaps, and complete daily tasks to meet project deadlines
