Requirements
- 3+ years of product management experience on the full lifecycle of a digital product
- Proven experience conducting market research to understand and clearly articulate market opportunities, competitive analyses, and customer needs or problems
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Experience building business cases for new products/features to support product decision-making
- Comfortable setting KPIs for product streams and working towards them as success metrics
- Obsessed with customers and the market, with a passion for continuous learning and discovery
- Track record of developing creative and innovative solutions to address unmet customer needs
- A proactive problem-solver

Responsibilities
- Contribute to the product vision and direction to achieve the company's key objectives and communicate them to the wider business
- Develop and own the product roadmap, prioritising key focus areas based on user value, business viability, and time to impact
- Gather and prioritise product requirements, working closely with stakeholders across the organisation
- Collaborate with engineering and design teams to develop and deliver product features
- Manage the product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and iteration
- Contribute to the product development lifecycle by gathering customer feedback, writing and prioritising user stories, and ensuring customer needs are met through constant iteration
- Be the product owner of a dedicated team of full-stack engineers to execute user stories based on priorities
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify customer needs and market opportunities
- Engage in market, competitive, and user research to deeply understand customers’ needs and problems, always representing the voice of the customer
- Engage with customers to gather feedback and ensure product satisfaction
- Take responsibility for ensuring rapid growth as a domain expert in search intelligence, with a deep and growing knowledge of the market, customer problems and technology
- Take ownership of objectives and product area, taking responsibility for business and customer outcomes
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success
- Measure and report on user success based on usage statistics, analytics, and feedback
- Communicate product updates and progress to internal and external stakeholders
- Work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Ideate and collaborate closely with design, development, and data science to come up with and test innovative solutions to problems that work for our customers and our business
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in AI, marketing intelligence and SaaS
Preferred Qualifications
- Working experience managing B2B SaaS solutions
- Experience working with data scientists or AI product developers
- Interest in behavioural science
- Passion for machine learning and predictive modelling
- Hands-on experience with digital marketing, either as a practitioner or Product Manager
