Product Manager

Summary

The job is for a Product Manager in the Broker Research team at AlphaSense, a global market intelligence platform. The role involves managing the integration of broker feeds, analyzing and enhancing the process, maintaining relationships with brokers, and contributing to content launches. The ideal candidate has 5-7 years' experience in financial services, specific focus on broker research, and strong analytical skills.

Requirements

• 5-7 years’ experience in financial services with a specific focus on broker research
• Content delivery experience using iterative / agile development methodologies
• Proven track record of delivering content from initial engagement to release
• Subject-matter expertise with content feeds, research metadata (RIXML), assorted document delivery types, entitlements, linkbacks, and usage tracking metrics for MiFID
• Experience working with distributed teams
• Existing relationships with numerous broker research departments and key third-party distribution vendors
• Effective communication skills working with brokers and third-party content aggregators
• Strong analytical skills and outstanding attention to detail
• A superior ability to set priorities, stay focused and meet deadlines
• Solid Excel/Word/PowerPoint and Google Sheets/Docs/Slides experience
• B2B SaaS and/or enterprise software application company experience

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the full life cycle of research feed integrations
• Analyze and enhance the feed integration processes
• Manage and maintain broker and independent research relationships
• Project manage partnership initiatives with research providers
• Create and manage a project roadmap
• Apply agile development methodology and work iteratively with engineers
• Contribute to the successful launch of content into the market
