Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, IT, or a related field
  • 2+ years of product management experience, with specific expertise in workforce management solutions in professional services or financial sectors preferred
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, including hands-on experience with configuration (creating and managing custom objects, fields, flows, and permissions)
  • Advanced Excel skills (macros, pivot tables, and data analysis) and strong data manipulation abilities
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification with additional platform certifications (e.g., Platform App Builder) highly preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation through to ongoing improvements
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Strong team player with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

  • Lead the creation and enhancement of workforce management tools and solutions
  • Conduct hands-on configuration of Salesforce, including the creation and customization of objects, forms, fields, flows, and permission sets
  • Perform data manipulation and analysis within Salesforce and Excel to generate insights that drive key decisions and product improvements
  • Collaborate closely with engineering and operations teams to define product requirements, prioritize features, and manage the product backlog
  • Partner with finance and operations stakeholders to ensure workforce management solutions support financial objectives and operational efficiency
  • Track, report, and evaluate KPIs, making adjustments based on analytics and user feedback
  • Facilitate regular communication with cross-functional teams, leading product meetings and maintaining transparent communication channels

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira or Confluence
  • Ability to develop product strategies grounded in user-centric design principles
  • Familiarity with financial modeling and workforce planning
