Requirements
- In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with investments products (Certificate of Deposit, Time Deposit) and Depositary services in Brazil (Card Receivables and Credit Rights/"Duplicatas"), staying abreast of industry trends
- Strong technical background with a track record of successfully managing complex, API-driven products
- Great communication skills to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address challenges and make informed decisions
- Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment
- Navigate and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving industry and technological landscape
- Advanced English Level
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive strategic product roadmap, seeking to optimize the delivery of value to customers (current and future) and to Pismo
- Understand our market, including regulatory aspects, trends, benchmarks, competitive landscape and customer needs, to drive innovation and ensure that our platform remains at the forefront of the industry
- Oversee with the PMs the end-to-end product life cycle, from ideation to launch, customer support and continuous improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with company objectives
- Work with the Product Managers and Portfolio team to prioritize and manage the product evolution backlog
- Work closely with engineering teams to guide the development of robust, secure and scalable solutions
- Collaborate with pre-sales and sales teams, providing technical expertise to drive successful product demonstrations and client engagements
- Manage budgetary aspects of product development, ensuring cost-effectiveness and profitability
- Lead by example and provide constructive feedback, inspiring team members to achieve excellence
