Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools
  • Familiarity with UX/UI design principles and user-centered design

Responsibilities

  • Develop and articulate a clear product vision and strategy that aligns with business goals and customer needs
  • Create and maintain a detailed product roadmap, ensuring timely delivery of features and updates
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product decisions and identify opportunities
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing and other teams to define product requirements, features, and user stories
  • Take complete ownership and manage the product development lifecycle, including planning, execution, and release
  • Ensure product development meets quality standards and user expectations
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback, market trends, and competitive landscape to drive product improvements
  • Work with customer support and sales teams to understand customer pain points and requirements
  • Lead and facilitate communication between product, engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams
  • Act as a product evangelist, presenting product vision and updates to stakeholders and senior management
  • Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies and launch plans
  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and success metrics for products
  • Monitor and analyze product performance, user engagement, and other relevant metrics to guide product decisions
  • Use data-driven insights to iterate on and improve product offerings
  • Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with product development and launch
