Summary

Join Bloomerang as a Product Manager for the Qgiv by Bloomerang fundraising product! You will be responsible for developing and maintaining a product roadmap, understanding user needs and market trends, defining product requirements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. This role requires 5+ years of software product management experience, experience with agile methodologies, and excellent communication and analytical skills. Requirements

  • 5+ years of software product management experience
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional roles - engineering, design, marketing and customer support
  • Experience with agile and scrum methodologies and practices
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills

Responsibilities

  • Develop a Product Roadmap: Define and maintain a product roadmap that positions our product to better serve our target market, aligns with Bloomerang’s strategic goals, and drives the next iteration of our product into a unified giving platform
  • Understand our Users and the Market: Communicate with customers, prospects, churned users and other external stakeholders to identify and prioritize the features and functionality that will have the greatest impact. Regularly conduct market research to understand how to best position our product and remain competitive
  • Define and Document Product Requirements: Create clear and detailed product briefs, functional requirements documents, and other documentation related to features on your roadmap
  • Be a Product Expert: Become a product expert to know the ins and outs of each fundraising solution to best understand the unique reporting and management needs
  • Tackle Complex Problems Head On: Take complex problems and experiences and strive to distill them into easy-to-understand solutions and crafting intuitive user experiences
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Foster a culture of collaboration with fellow product and engineering team members and gather their input early and often. Collaborate across teams to gather input and feedback throughout the product lifecycle from ideation to launch
  • Make Data-Driven Decisions: Thoroughly analyze internal and external data to identify product opportunities, inform product strategy and measure the success of product releases
  • Ensure Success and Deliver Results: Determine the goals and metrics that will be used to determine the success of a new release or feature and continue to drive the product direction to meet those goals

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with APIs (REST, SDKs, etc.)
  • Experience with integrating 3rd party software
  • Experience with CRM software
  • Experience in cloud-based software (SaaS)

  • The salary range for this position is: $86,500 - $130,000. You may also be eligible for a discretionary bonus
