Summary
Join Boku Inc., a leading global provider of mobile-first payment solutions, as a Product Manager on our Payments API team. This entry-level role (1-3 years experience preferred) involves defining product requirements, acting as a Product Owner in an Agile environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, business stakeholders), and executing product roadmaps. You will utilize data-driven decision-making to improve user experience and build scalable payment solutions. The position is remote in the US.
Requirements
- Experience in product management, business analysis, or a related field (internships or relevant experience count)
- Basic technical knowledge to collaborate effectively with engineering teams (APIs, databases, or software development lifecycle knowledge is a plus)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to inform product decisions
- Ability to multitask, adapt to changing priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working in an Agile environment
Responsibilities
- Define Product Requirements: Work with stakeholders to gather business needs, translate them into clear user stories, and maintain a well-prioritized backlog
- Agile Development: Act as the Product Owner in an Agile environment, collaborating with engineering teams to deliver high-quality features
- Collaborate with Cross Functional teams: Partner with UX designers, developers, compliance, and customer support to build scalable payment solutions
- Product Roadmap Execution: Assist in developing and managing product roadmaps that align with company objectives
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Monitor key product performance metrics, gather user feedback, and iterate on features to improve user experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Understanding of payments, fintech, or e-commerce industries is a plus
- Experience in Technical Writing or UX is a plus
