Summary

Join CapTech as a Product Manager and collaborate across industries to build and launch impactful products. Requirements

  • 5-7 years experience in a Product Manager role or related fields (e.g. Product Owner, Analyst, Product Designer, Developer)
  • Strong understanding of product development processes and methodologies
  • Familiarity and experience working in an Agile delivery environment
  • Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making
  • Attitude and ability to work through ambiguity and find creative solutions around roadblocks
  • Technical depth in software development and/or data engineering to facilitate collaboration between business, product, and engineering teams to define and develop the best solution
  • Track record of proactively building and maintaining positive relationships with clients, key stakeholders, and team members
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with clients to understand their business goals, markets, customer needs, and product requirements
  • Get up to speed quickly on the stakeholders, processes, systems, technology, and tools that the client uses to deliver products and services
  • Create and maintain product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with overall business strategies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that meet the needs of the business and customers
  • Formulates and tests hypotheses, leveraging data informed decision making to refine the product backlog
  • Define and prioritize product features based on customer feedback, market trends, and business priorities
  • Refine features, user stories, and acceptance criteria in collaboration with stakeholders and engineering teams
  • Support product release efforts through development of effective communication, training, or other product activation activities
  • Manage timelines and deliverables, proactively communicating risks that could impact ability to meet deadlines
  • Exemplify the Product Management mindset with willingness to actively or passively coach client Product Owners and Product Managers

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in consulting or working with diverse clients is highly desirable
