Summary
Join our team as a Product Manager and contribute to the conception and development of SaaS products. You will collaborate closely with the team and clients to define product functionalities, prioritize implementation, and ensure continuous improvement throughout the product lifecycle. Develop and implement a clear product strategy based on market demands and company objectives. Conduct market and competitive analyses to identify trends. Create detailed use cases, user flows, and wireframes to optimize user experience. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including development, UX/UI design, customer success, and sales. This role requires 2-5 years of experience as a Product Manager with a proven track record in agile software development.
Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience as a Product Manager
- Proven responsibility for the development of a software service within the framework of agile product development
- Successfully completed studies in relevant fields
- Completed degree in economics, (international) business administration, business informatics, or a technically or economically oriented engineering degree
- Passion for customer-oriented product development
- Analytical skills
- High affinity for technology and innovation as well as pronounced analytical skills
- Team orientation and strong communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate clearly, especially in a dynamic startup environment
- Language skills: Ideally fluent German and very good English skills in spoken and written form
Responsibilities
- Independently conceive and develop SaaS products
- Closely collaborate with the team and clients to gather requirements and summarize them in a document
- Elaborate, prioritize, and monitor the implementation of product functionalities
- Ensure continuous product improvement throughout its lifecycle
- Define and implement the product strategy
- Conduct market and competitive analyses
- Create use cases and user flows
- Develop wireframes of user flows to ensure optimal user experience
- Closely collaborate with cross-functional teams (development, UX/UI design, customer success, and sales)
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of BPMN
- Knowledge of the construction industry
