Product Manager

Summary

We're looking for an experienced product manager to lead our Retrievals Operations product and ensure the secure and compliant exchange of health information across thousands of provider groups.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of product management experience in tech-forward companies
• 1-3 years of experience managing a small team
• Able to structure problems, develop clear problem statements and hypothesis, and prioritize work using business understanding and data
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills; consistently keep teams updated on product strategy and progress
• Experience collaborating with Engineering, Design and Operations stakeholders to build platform products and internal tools
• Experience, or demonstrated interest, in the healthcare provider / payer / services industry
• Experience coming up to speed in a regulated industry, inexplicable desire to read and grapple with regulations
• Kindness, smartness, and the ability to Get Things Done

Responsibilities

• Ensure that internal users and external users' needs are well-served by our core product for our payer clients
• Empower the manual retrieval operations team to ensure secure and compliant exchange of health information
• Work collaboratively with engineers, product managers, and operations partners to gather insights on user needs and ship innovative functionality
• Think through longer-term product strategy and how components of our extensive product can be leveraged for other uses as well as scale with our growth
