Requirements

  • Proven experience working as a Product Manager in a SaaS platform company with roadmap accountability and ideally with notable levels of growth and innovation
  • Strong expertise in data analytics and insights
  • Hands-on experience with AI technologies, machine learning frameworks, or integrating AI-driven features into products
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) and their AI/analytics offerings
  • Ability to analyze large datasets, derive actionable insights, and apply them to product outcomes
  • Strong presentation and written/verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and product development processes
  • A passion for solving problems at the intersection of technology, data, and user experience
  • Have previously launched a SaaS product or features with measurable success and growth KPI’s

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the product vision, roadmap, and strategy for AI-powered and data-centric analytics solutions, aligning with business goals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, data science, sales and marketing) to build and launch high-impact products
  • Utilize VOC, market information and data insights to identify customer needs, track product performance, and inform decision-making
  • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation and requirements gathering to development, launch, and iteration
  • Leverage advances in AI technologies and machine learning models to create a roadmap to improve product functionality and user experience
  • Know how and capability to translate complex data and AI concepts into clear, actionable requirements and user stories for development teams
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), conduct A/B testing, and use quantitative and qualitative data to optimize product outcomes
  • Stay ahead of industry trends in AI, analytics, and product management to ensure cutting-edge solutioning

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proven experience working with data scientists or AI engineers to build predictive models or intelligent systems
  • Has previously built and launched an Analytics product
  • Engineering or technical degree with an MBA
  • Some experience with a Workflow product
  • Any experience with CRM’s such as Salesforce, Hubspot, Marketo, MS Dynamics
