Requirements
- Possess a minimum of 2 years of product management experience, defining product requirements, success metrics, working with engineering teams, & iterating products over time
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of data structures, reporting tools, and analytics methodologies to drive product insights and decision-making
- Show familiarity with employer engagement strategies, partner marketing, and enterprise SaaS models
- Possess experience optimizing digital engagement, automation, and reporting tools to increase product adoption and partner success
- Have the ability to manage cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders, ensuring alignment and timely execution
- Show understanding of software development processes and the ability to work closely with engineering teams
- Possess strong collaboration skills with internal teams (sales, customer success, engineering, marketing) to drive alignment and execution
- Have the ability to navigate complexity and ambiguity while delivering practical, scalable solutions
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the product strategy for employer engagement mechanisms, including challenges, marketing automation, and branded experiences
- Own and enhance Headspaceβs B2B client reporting capabilities, ensuring robust, scalable, and insightful data reporting for our partners while collaborating with the Client Reporting team on strategic partner needs
- Lead improvements to internal stakeholder management tooling, enabling customer success, sales, and account teams to better support our enterprise partners
- Support B2B2C operations and escalations, working closely with cross-functional teams to streamline issue resolution and optimize the user experience
- Drive data system enhancements that enable more effective decision-making, reporting, and analytics across our B2B ecosystem
- Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and commercial teams to define, prioritize, and deliver high-impact product initiatives
- Develop product requirements, define success metrics, and ensure seamless execution of the B2B roadmap
- Act as a primary escalation point for B2B and partner-related product issues, coordinating responses and long-term improvements
Preferred Qualifications
- Have experience working with enterprise clients, especially in the health and wellness or HR tech space
- Show familiarity with business intelligence and analytics platforms (e.g., Looker, Tableau, DataBricks, Amplitude)
- Have experience with marketing automation tools and customer engagement platforms
- Possess knowledge of employer benefits ecosystems and how digital health solutions fit within them
- Have a background in SaaS, B2B2C, or marketplace models
