Product Manager

Summary

Join our team and help us transform the grocery industry by scaling a new consumer product and launching new IC+ partnership benefits. As part of Instacart's New Bets team, you will be responsible for driving strategy and iteration for a net new consumer product, defining and launching new IC+ partnership benefits, and ensuring that all work is done in a way that moves the Instacart platform forward.

Requirements

• Proven track record shipping zero to one consumer products
• Strong product strategy skills - you have clear examples of transforming ambiguous problems into clear roadmaps that deliver organizational level impact
• Strong communication skills - experience presenting complex product strategy to internal leaders

Responsibilities

• Drive strategy and iteration for a net new consumer product - you will be responsible for scaling it to from 0 users to something with company wide impact
• Be the “DRI” for a P0 company initiative in H2, and communicate strategy and progress weekly to senior leadership
• Define and launch new IC+ partnership benefits (e.g., existing Peacock benefit) in collaboration with our Partnerships & Marketing teams
• Ensuring that all work is done in a way that moves the Instacart platform forward (balancing short-term impact with long-term reusability)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience doing product “growth” work - think owning new user funnels, or driving existing user retention, etc
• Experience working with external partners
• Experience in the eCommerce space
