Summary

IntelliPro is seeking a dynamic and innovative AI Product Manager for their remote team in Makati, Philippines. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field
• 5+ years of experience in product management, with a strong focus on working on APIs
• Strong technical background with experience in software engineering and a deep understanding of APIs, microservices, cloud technologies, and data security
• Experience with Agile development methodologies including Scrum and Kanban
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas and technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
• A strong sense of ownership with the ability to work collaboratively and effectively with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and product
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach to product development
• Highly proficient user of spreadsheet and data analysis software (e.g. Confluence, Slack, Jira, Looker)

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of AI-driven projects related to Customer Support
• Define project scope, objectives, and success criteria, and manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions and drive innovation in AI technologies
• Develop and execute A/B testing strategies to optimize product features, user experiences, and conversion funnels
• Design experiments, define test hypotheses, and analyze test results to drive data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement
• Identify opportunities to automate backend processes, workflows, and systems to improve efficiency, scalability, and reliability
• Collaborate with engineering teams to design and implement automation solutions using scripting languages, APIs, and cloud-based technologies
• Continuously monitor and optimize automated systems to ensure performance, security, and compliance with industry standards and best practices
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, data science, marketing, and operations, to align AI initiatives with business goals and priorities
