  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Experience with agile development methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)
  • Familiarity with modern web technologies and platforms (e.g., cloud services, APIs, microservices)

Responsibilities

  • Define and manage the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals and customer needs
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, and sales teams to define product requirements and specifications
  • Lead the product development process from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes
  • Gather and prioritize product and customer requirements, translating them into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria
  • Monitor and analyze product performance metrics, using data-driven insights to inform product decisions and improvements
  • Communicate product vision and strategy to stakeholders, ensuring alignment and buy-in across the organization

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience building eCommerce websites for clients with tools such as Shopify or in an agency setting
  • Experience working hands on with advanced search capabilities
  • Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or a related field
  • Experience in a high-growth tech startup environment
  • Knowledge of user experience (UX) principles and practices
