Summary

IntelliPro is seeking an experienced AI Product Manager to lead AI projects, oversee A/B testing initiatives, and automate backend systems. The successful candidate will develop and execute the AI product roadmap, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and have a strong technical background. They must have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field and 5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on APIs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field
• 5+ years of experience in product management, with a strong focus on working on APIs
• Strong technical background with experience in software engineering and a deep understanding of APIs, microservices, cloud technologies, and data security

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of AI-driven projects related to Customer Support
• Define project scope, objectives, and success criteria, and manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions and drive innovation in AI technologies
• Develop and execute A/B testing strategies to optimize product features, user experiences, and conversion funnels
• Identify opportunities to automate backend processes, workflows, and systems to improve efficiency, scalability, and reliability
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, data science, marketing, and operations, to align AI initiatives with business goals and priorities
