Requirements

  • 7+ years in a Product Management role for a technical product, preferably in databases (Experience with Redis, DragonflyDB, KeyDB,, or related technologies, infrastructure, or developer tools
  • BSc. or MSc. in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
  • Extensive experience in Product Marketing and collaboration with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, engineering)
  • Comfortable reading and discussing code, architectural diagrams, and performance metrics
  • Demonstrated experience leading product strategy and roadmap development
  • Upper-Intermediate level of Englishβ€” ability to speak fluently with both developers and business stakeholders
  • Experience in early-stage or high-growth environments with lean teams
  • Comfortable working independently in a distributed, remote-first team

  • Background in open-source or commercial open-source product models
