Requirements
- 7+ years in a Product Management role for a technical product, preferably in databases (Experience with Redis, DragonflyDB, KeyDB,, or related technologies, infrastructure, or developer tools
- BSc. or MSc. in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
- Extensive experience in Product Marketing and collaboration with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, engineering)
- Comfortable reading and discussing code, architectural diagrams, and performance metrics
- Demonstrated experience leading product strategy and roadmap development
- Upper-Intermediate level of Englishβ ability to speak fluently with both developers and business stakeholders
- Experience in early-stage or high-growth environments with lean teams
- Comfortable working independently in a distributed, remote-first team

- Background in open-source or commercial open-source product models
