Product Manager

Summary

Lead product initiatives, understand market and customer needs, prioritize product evolutions, collaborate with developers and designers, and focus on go-to-market strategy with the Marketing Lead. You will wear multiple hats, acting as a detective, chess player, investor, diplomat, and product marketer. Requirements

• Have 3+ years of experience in product. Social media-related SaaS products are preferred
• Have a big bias for action → Think out of the box and be able to propose product tradeoffs to reduce time-to-production
• Have strong communication skills
• Speak English fluently
• Have a strong pragmatism
• Have a solid knowledge of SaaS markets & mechanisms
• Be humble (and look for clues that you are wrong)
• Be curious (always asking questions and learning new stuff)

Responsibilities

• Lead the product initiative for Tweet Hunter
• Understand the market and customer needs
• Identify the best possible product evolutions
• Prioritize product evolutions
• Work hand-in-hand with developers and designers to build an amazing product experience
• Have a strong focus on the go-to-market (GTM) with the Marketing Lead to ensure the impact is reached
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of our product, our industry, and our product vision
• Build relationships with Tweet Hunter users, and have a deep understanding of them
• Identify opportunities to improve the onboarding experience, "aha" moment, conversion to paid accounts and increase initial user success
• Successfully act & iterate on those opportunities with your squad, resulting in a consequent impact on the targeted KPIs
• Win the trust of your squad teammates and other important stakeholders
• Positively impact the company’s revenue through solutions you’ve helped launch
• Establish yourself as an industry expert, with a deep understanding of our business and customer product usage
• Influence the product vision by suggesting transformative developments for the company

Preferred Qualifications

• Have a great tech literacy
• Have experience building on/with Twitter
• Know how to wireframe designs
• Have Product Design experience
