Product Manager

Summary

Join Nethermind, a leading blockchain technology company, as a proactive and hands-on Product Manager to spearhead the development of Agentic AI products. You will define the product vision, execute the strategy, deeply understand user needs, and manage the product roadmap. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is crucial for successful product development and launch. You will monitor key financial metrics and maintain a deep understanding of blockchain and AI ecosystems. This role requires at least two years of experience in the crypto industry and product management, along with proven experience in developing or managing AI agents. Strong communication skills and hands-on software development experience are essential.

Requirements

• At least two years of experience in the crypto industry
• At least two years of experience working in a product role
• Proven experience developing or managing at least one AI agent or autonomous system (e.g., autonomous agents, reinforcement learning, or LLM-based applications)
• Strong English communication skills
• Hands-on experience in software development
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience

Responsibilities

• Define and champion the mission and vision for assigned Agentic AI products
• Develop and execute the product strategy, collaborating with other product managers to align on broader portfolio goals
• Deeply understand our users’ needs by using our products, conducting research, and engaging with the community
• Create and manage a clear, prioritized roadmap, ensuring alignment with user needs, technical feasibility, and resource availability
• Work closely with UX/UI designers, project managers, engineers, marketing, and legal to ensure successful product development and launch
• Monitor and report on key financial metrics, such as burn rate, revenue projections, and unit economics, ensuring alignment with overall business goals
• Maintain deep insight into the ecosystems around the blockchains and AI technologies we are helping to build
• Demonstrate empathy with developers by writing clear, complete product requirements that enable productive development

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior involvement in one or more Ethereum L2 blockchains
• Basic smart contract development experience
• Understanding of the DeFi landscape, including lending protocols, AMMs, perpetuals, and stablecoins
