Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience as a Product Manager, shipping user-facing software features or products
  • Proven ability to make high-impact decisions in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment
  • Strong analytical skills and experience defining OKRs and product success metrics
  • Familiarity with UX design principles and working closely with design teams
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques to inform product decisions
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams through the product development lifecycle
  • Strong communication skillsβ€”able to adjust messaging for different audiences
  • Ability to write clear product specs, balance priorities, and drive execution
  • Experience working on product usability improvements, navigation updates, or iterative design enhancements to improve user experience

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute initiatives that improve usability, simplify workflows, and enhance product efficiency
  • Make data-driven decisions by defining and tracking OKRs and key success metrics
  • Balance short-term product improvements with long-term strategic goals
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to uncover new opportunities
  • Work closely with engineering, design, and research to deliver high-quality, impactful features
  • Partner with stakeholders across sales, marketing, and customer success to ensure smooth product adoption
  • Write clear and structured product requirements and specifications that guide development
  • Communicate effectively with different teams and leadership levels, ensuring alignment on priorities
  • Use customer insights, usability testing, and analytics to identify and address key friction points
  • Improve product navigation, organization, and task efficiency to create a more seamless experience
  • Ensure product performance and reliability meet user expectations and business needs

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in document management, workflow automation, or related SaaS domains
  • Understanding of design systems and their role in creating a cohesive product experience
  • Experience working in fast-paced, dynamic environments with shifting priorities
  • Strong ability to drive alignment with senior stakeholders and leadership
