Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in SaaS or e-commerce platforms
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience with tools like Jira or Asana
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and drive results
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with remote teams
• Experience in leading product discovery processes and defining MVPs

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the product roadmap, prioritizing features based on user feedback, business goals, and technical feasibility
• Gather requirements and define product specifications, collaborating with stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions
• Lead cross-functional teams through all stages of the product life cycle, from planning to launch and post-launch optimization
• Conduct user research, gather customer insights, and analyze data to inform product decisions
• Communicate product vision, strategy, and progress to internal teams and external stakeholders
• Track and report on key metrics to assess the success of product initiatives
• Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring timely delivery of features

Preferred Qualifications

• Technical background or experience working closely with software development teams
• Knowledge of e-commerce workflows, including order management and fulfillment
• Familiarity with data analysis tools like Google Analytics or Mixpanel
• Experience in UX design principles to improve user experience
