Requirements
1-3 years of experience as a Product Manager, Delivery manager and/or Business Analyst position
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end delivery of new features, ensuring they are shipped on time and within scope
- Be involved early in product definition, breaking down scope into epics and user stories
- Assist PMs in breaking down scope into epics and user stories while identifying dependencies and blockers
- Monitor project timelines, identify risks, and propose mitigation plans to keep projects on track
- Collaborate with development squads to resolve blockers and maintain progress
- Assist the Product Manager in gathering and refining feature requirements from stakeholders
- Translate high-level ideas into detailed user stories and actionable deliverables
- Ensure alignment between stakeholders and the development team on the feature scope
- Act as a bridge between stakeholders and development teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment
- Understand the "why" behind feature requests to ensure they deliver tangible business value
- Facilitate feedback loops to improve feature success post-implementation
- Use data to evaluate feature success, identifying areas for improvement
- Analyze key metrics related to payroll, invoicing, and platform usage to support product decisions
- Manage and track business outcomes (OKRs), focusing on results, not just output
- Collaborate with analytics teams to track KPIs and ensure continuous improvement
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency
- Solve complex problems with creative and pragmatic solutions
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the product and delivery function
