Product Manager

Join Rose Rocket, a market leader in Transportation Management Software, as a Product Manager to lead the Accounting and Financial Operations team, defining vision, delivering financial insights, collaborating with stakeholders, driving efficiency, and measuring success.

Requirements

• Experience: 5+ years in product management, ideally with experience in accounting software, financial operations, or related areas
• Skills: Strong understanding of accounting principles, accounts receivable/payable workflows, and integrations with accounting systems
• Collaboration & Leadership: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build strong cross-functional relationships and inspire your team
• Problem-Solving: A data-driven mindset with the ability to design scalable solutions to complex financial problems
• Agile Mindset: Familiarity with Agile methodologies, and experience using tools like JIRA, Asana, or similar for tracking projects and prioritizing work

Responsibilities

• Define the Vision: Develop and communicate a strategy and roadmap for our financial and accounting-related features that aligns with Rose Rocket’s overall objectives and customer needs
• Deliver Financial Insights: Build features that help customers manage invoicing, billing, and payments efficiently, ensuring seamless integrations with major accounting platforms like QBO
• Collaborate: Partner with engineering, design, and business stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize features, and deliver impactful projects
• Drive Efficiency: Focus on optimizing processes and workflows that support high-volume transactions, data accuracy, and financial reporting
• Measure Success: Define success metrics, track feature performance, and iterate to ensure ongoing improvement and alignment with customer needs
