Product Manager

Summary

The job is for an exceptional Product Manager to join SmartAsset's team and help build the next generation of financial products, specifically focusing on the growth of SmartAdvisor. The role requires 3+ years of product management experience, strong understanding of user experience principles, analytical skills, and excellent communication skills.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of a product strategy and roadmap aligned with company goals and informed by market research and user feedback
• Work closely with data science, application engineering, and concierge teams to define product requirements, prioritize features, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions that meet user needs
• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders, including executives, product teams, and cross-functional teams, providing regular updates on project status, soliciting feedback, and addressing concerns
• Define KPIs and implement mechanisms for tracking and analyzing product performance, using data-driven insights to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous optimization

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with Salesforce platforms and development teams
• Proven track record defining and delivering data products (e.g., algorithms, XaaS)
• Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and manipulation
• Experience designing and implementing A/B tests using platforms such as Google Optimize, Optimizely, or similar tools
• Familiarity with Agile principles and practices
