Summary

Join StarTree, a leading provider of real-time data analytics platform, as a Product Manager to lead the development and growth of our StarTree ThirdEye product. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus
  • 3+ years of experience in product management, preferably in the data analytics or enterprise software space
  • Strong understanding of anomaly detection, monitoring, and data analytics technologies
  • Experience with machine learning and data science concepts is highly desirable
  • Proven track record of successfully launching and managing complex software products
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Experience with agile development methodologies

Responsibilities

  • Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy for StarTree ThirdEye
  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape
  • Define and prioritize product features, enhancements, and roadmaps
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, and data science teams to deliver high-quality product releases
  • Write detailed product requirements and user stories
  • Ensure timely delivery of product features and updates
  • Engage with customers to understand their use cases, pain points, and feedback
  • Conduct user interviews, surveys, and usability tests to gather insights
  • Advocate for customer needs within the organization
  • Work closely with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure product alignment with business goals
  • Develop go-to-market strategies and product positioning
  • Provide training and support to internal teams on product features and benefits
  • Define and track key product metrics to measure success and inform decision-making
  • Analyze usage data, customer feedback, and market trends to drive continuous improvement
  • Conduct A/B testing and experiments to validate hypotheses and optimize features
  • Communicate product status, updates, and key decisions to stakeholders
  • Prepare and present product roadmaps, progress reports, and performance metrics

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with open-source software development
  • Knowledge of the real-time and big data ecosystem, including technologies like Hadoop, Spark, Apache Pinot and Kafka
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure

  • Competitive base salary range of $150,000 - $200,000
