• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
• Familiarity with A/B testing and user research methodologies
• Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities

• Lead the lifecycle management of job search features, collaborating with design, engineering, and marketing teams to deliver high-quality solutions
