Requirements

  • 8+ years in product management with 4+ years in B2B/fintech
  • Demonstrated success in product strategy and lifecycle management
  • Deep understanding of payroll, timekeeping, ERP, HRIS systems, and API integrations
  • Strong analytics skills, leveraging data to inform product decisions and strategy
  • Expertise in financial services, regulatory standards (PCI, SOX, IFRS, FinCEN), and financial wellness solutions
  • Proven leadership in guiding cross-functional teams
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills
  • Committed to addressing customer needs and using feedback for product improvement
  • Agile in adapting to change, comfortable with ambiguity, and able to navigate a dynamic environment

Responsibilities

  • Lead the creation and execution of a comprehensive product roadmap, aligning with Tapcheck’s strategic goals and market opportunities to drive sustainable growth
  • Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats, informing product positioning and strategic decisions
  • Collaborate with the sales team to refine sales strategies, develop enablement tools and processes, and improve overall sales effectiveness to enhance the closed-won rate across all market segments
  • Manage the end-to-end process for product launches, focusing on accelerating time to market while ensuring alignment with customer needs and business goals
  • Identify and secure strategic partnerships and integrations with payroll, timeclock, ERP, and HRIS providers, enhancing Tapcheck’s ecosystem and driving value for customers
  • Lead and inspire cross-functional teams by fostering collaboration, communication, and alignment across engineering, sales, marketing, and customer service to achieve product objectives
  • Monitor product performance using key metrics, analyze data for insights, and implement optimizations to improve product functionality, user experience, and market fit
  • Systematically gather and incorporate customer feedback into the product development process, prioritizing features and improvements that enhance customer satisfaction and engagement
  • Ensure product features and integrations comply with relevant financial regulations and standards, including PCI, SOX, IFRS, and FinCEN, to maintain trust and security
