Product Manager

Summary

Join TechBiz Global, a leading recruitment and software development company, as a Technical Product Manager in a remote role, preferably based in Romania or Portugal. You will manage the complete product lifecycle for telecom projects, from strategy to market readiness. Your leadership will guide critical projects in digital infrastructure and software development. This role requires extensive experience in telecom projects, digital infrastructure management, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders. The ideal candidate possesses strong problem-solving and leadership skills.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience as a Product Lead/Manager with a proven track record in handling critical and high-visibility projects
• Deep understanding and prior experience with telecom projects
• Expertise in managing digital infrastructure setup, migration, and disaster recovery (DR) projects
• Practical experience in setting up Kubernetes environments
• Proficiency in managing setup and testing through CI/CD pipelines
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and leadership skills

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the execution of telecom projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines
• Oversee the setup, migration, and disaster recovery (DR) of digital infrastructure projects
• Facilitate and lead Kubernetes setup projects, ensuring best practices are maintained throughout
• Manage and optimize CI/CD pipelines to improve product release processes and quality
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, and operations, to deliver successful product outcomes
• Analyze market and competitive conditions, positioning the product to maximize profit and customer satisfaction
• Communicate product goals and strategies to stakeholders at all levels

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies
• Experience in cloud services and containerization technologies
