Product Manager

Summary

Join IAA, a subsidiary of RB Global, as a Product Manager to lead the evolution of Salesforce.com. Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in product management or product development
• Strong understanding of Salesforce.com and its ecosystem
• Ability to articulate business requirements and value to stakeholders
• Strong problem-solving, time management, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and set priorities with minimal supervision
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to mentor and support other team members
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills

Responsibilities

• Own and execute on the strategic roadmap for Salesforce.com products
• Manage Salesforce product enhancements to maximize business value
• Work cross-functionally with teams to deliver impactful product improvements
• Maintain and prioritize the product backlog, user stories, and feature planning
• Identify and implement opportunities to drive efficiency and engagement
• Lead development team activities to ensure alignment with company objectives
• Provide expertise on Salesforce.com functionality and capabilities
• Report on key performance indicators to measure the success of initiatives
• Influence product and engineering teams to align efforts with business needs
