Product Manager

Join our remote team as a Product Manager from anywhere in New Zealand! We're looking for someone skilled in execution and delivery of successful products, collaborative, and enjoys wearing any hats. As a Product Manager at Thematic, you will help take our existing product to the next level, making it stickier and more impactful.

Requirements

• Passionate about building products people get value from
• Ideally 4+ years of experience launching and managing complex products
• Experience building SaaS products
• Focus on execution and delivery
• Good communication and collaboration skills
• Great project management skills
• Familiarity with a variety of product validation techniques
• Experience working in a fully remote environment with a distributed team (or wanting this to be your lifestyle)
• Someone who enjoys continuously learning and growing
• Based in New Zealand, ideally in Auckland

Responsibilities

• Developing a thorough understanding of our target market, customers, and competitive landscape
• Learning how our product works, from the data model through to the AI engine, backend services, and frontend features that customers interact with
• Collaborating with leadership to define and prioritize the product roadmap
• Preparing specifications and scoping projects
• QA testing to ensure features work as intended and meet quality standards
• Using customer feedback and usage data to drive improvements
• Managing project timelines

Benefits

• Base salary of $140,000-$160,000 per year (negotiable, and depends on level of experience)
