Summary
Join Luminexis.AI, a company building human-centered AI systems, as a dynamic Product Manager. Drive product vision, prioritize features, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver exceptional user experiences. Own the product roadmap, conduct market research, and work closely with engineering, design, and business stakeholders. This role requires 6-8 years of product management experience in technology or SaaS environments. You will manage the product lifecycle, write PRDs, and champion user experience and customer success. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
Requirements
- 6-8 years of product management experience, preferably in technology or SaaS environments
- Proven track record of successfully launching products and features from concept to market
- Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive product decisions
- Proficiency in product management tools (JIRA, Confluence, Figma, MixPanel, or similar)
- Experience with Agile development methodologies and working closely with engineering teams
- Exceptional ability to think strategically while executing tactically on day-to-day priorities
- Strong understanding of market dynamics, competitive landscapes, and customer behavior
- Experience developing business cases and ROI analyses for product investments
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to navigate ambiguous situations
- Financial acumen with understanding of revenue models and unit economics
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with ability to influence without authority
- Experience presenting to executive leadership and facilitating cross-functional meetings
- Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Collaborative mindset with proven ability to build consensus across diverse stakeholder groups
- Customer-centric approach with passion for solving user problems
Responsibilities
- Drive Product Strategy & Vision
- Develop and communicate compelling product vision and strategy aligned with business objectives
- Conduct comprehensive market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities
- Define product positioning and go-to-market strategies for new features and products
- Create and maintain detailed product roadmaps with clear priorities and timelines
- Present product strategy and updates to executive leadership and key stakeholders
- Lead Product Development and Execution
- Manage the complete product lifecycle from ideation through launch and iteration
- Write detailed product requirements documents (PRDs) and user stories with clear acceptance criteria
- Collaborate with engineering teams to estimate effort, plan sprints, and ensure quality delivery
- Conduct regular sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospective sessions
- Make data-driven decisions on feature prioritization and resource allocation
- Champion User Experience & Customer Success
- Conduct user research sessions, interviews, and usability testing to understand customer needs
- Analyze user behavior data and feedback to identify pain points and improvement opportunities
- Work closely with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and engaging user experiences
- Monitor key product metrics and KPIs to measure success and inform product decisions
- Collaborate with customer success teams to address user feedback and support requests
- Enable Cross-Functional Collaboration & Communication
- Serve as the primary liaison between engineering, design, marketing, sales, and leadership teams
- Facilitate cross-functional meetings and ensure alignment on product goals and timelines
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and vice versa
- Support sales and marketing teams with product demos, training, and collateral development
- Coordinate product launches and ensure successful go-to-market execution
- Launch 3-4 major product features per quarter with measurable user adoption and engagement
- Achieve product KPI targets including user retention, feature adoption, and customer satisfaction scores
- Maintain product roadmap accuracy with 85%+ on-time delivery of committed features
- Drive measurable improvements in key user experience metrics and customer feedback scores
- Contribute to company revenue growth through successful product launches and feature adoption
- Expand market share through competitive differentiation and compelling product positioning
- Build strong relationships with customers evidenced by positive testimonials and case studies
- Support sales team with 90%+ win rate on deals where product demos are conducted
- Establish product management best practices and frameworks across the organization
- Maintain high team velocity through effective backlog management and sprint planning
- Achieve 95%+ stakeholder satisfaction through clear communication and delivery excellence
- Mentor junior product team members and contribute to product management hiring and onboarding
- Identify and validate new product opportunities through market research and customer insights
- Drive product innovation through experimentation and iterative improvement processes
- Contribute to company thought leadership through industry speaking, writing, or participation
- Reduce time-to-market for new features by 20-40% through improved product development processes
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- MBA or advanced degree preferred but not required
- Product management certifications (CSPO, CPM, or equivalent)
- Experience in B2B SaaS, mobile applications, or relevant industry vertical
- Technical background with ability to work closely with engineering teams
- Industry knowledge in regulated sectors (healthcare, financial services, government)
